"Client" refers to any individual or organisation that engages YIPS Africa services or uses this website.

3. Services Description

YIPS Africa provides enterprise technology consulting services including cloud architecture, AI governance and assurance, governance risk and compliance, enterprise talent solutions, software development, and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Service specifics, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual service agreements.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is the property of YIPS Africa or its licensors and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

5. Client Obligations

Clients agree to: provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery; comply with all applicable laws and regulations; maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials provided; and not use our services for any unlawful purpose.

6. Confidentiality

YIPS Africa will maintain the confidentiality of all client information in accordance with our confidentiality agreements and POPIA requirements. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect client data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YIPS Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold YIPS Africa harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and other Microsoft services. Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and conditions. YIPS Africa is not responsible for the operation or availability of third-party services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
